No matter whether I’m working with clients to find their freedom from nicotine addiction, to alleviate stress, or anything else, I always make sure that my clients know one thing:

I can’t make you do anything that you don’t want to do.

I can’t force you to quit smoking against your will. If you don’t really want to quit, your subconscious mind will simply reject any positive suggestions that I might make that would otherwise help you.

This includes the complete two-hour session which is all we need to help you stop smoking, plus a free self-hypnosis audio track which will help you to both prepare for the session beforehand and reinforce all the great work you’ve done afterwards.

What Happens in a Quit Smoking Hypnotherapy Session?

When you first book your stop smoking hypnotherapy session, I’ll send you a short questionnaire to fill in which will help us to identify any areas where you may need to focus on in the session itself.

I’ll also send you your free self-hypnosis track and ask you to listen to it every day to get ready.

On the day of your appointment, we’ll have two hours to work together.

In my experience, it rarely takes us the full two hours, but I’ll ask you to set that time aside to make sure you can relax and we can work through the process properly. 

We’ll talk about why you smoke, why you want to quit, and what your life is going to be like as a happy, healthy non-smoker. I’ll then talk to you a little bit about what’s going on in the brain when we decide to smoke, and how we can use the same natural power of the brain to quit and quit for good.

Finally, I’ll gently guide you into a relaxed state of trance and use positive hypnosis to help you change your thoughts, feelings, outlook and behaviour into that of a non-smoker.

What if I’m Not Sure I’m Ready to Quit Smoking?

Finding freedom from smoking at your own pace is possible with the Finding Freedom four-session package.

The Finding Freedom Package 

The Finding Freedom From Smoking Package is a series of four sessions which will help you prepare for -and gradually build up to- quitting smoking so that you can do this at your own pace and only stop smoking when you’re absolutely ready.

In the first three, one-hour sessions, we’ll discuss any concerns you may have and work together to come up with positive solutions and ways of thinking that can help you overcome any challenges or obstacles you might be worried about.

That way, you start to build confidence in your ability to not only successfully quit smoking but handle whatever life has to throw at you without reaching for a cigarette.

In these sessions, we can finish by using hypnosis to reinforce the work we’ve done together and help you cope better with day-to-day stress. 

By the time you reach the fourth session, you’ll be fully ready and sufficiently motivated to quit smoking for good. It’s in this session that we’ll do the quit smoking hypnosis and it’s from this session that you’ll be able to walk away as a non-smoker.
